GENERAL POLICIES

NO REFUNDS. We do not offer refunds unless we are at fault. Contact us immediately via email if you believe a refund is necessary.

All of our products are thoughtfully labeled with storing instructions. We are not responsible for any products that are not properly stored.

All policies must be read before placing an order. We are not responsible for failure to read the policies.

PICK UP POLICY

We offer porch pick up and market pick up. All of our products, with the exception of certain seasonal products, are available for pick up. When ordering online, specify which pick up method you would like to use in the notes section, and chose the 'Pick Up' method when checking out. If you need to reschedule your pickup, please reach out to us immediately.

PORCH PICK UP

Include the date and time that you would like to pick up your order in the notes section when you place your order online. We will send you an email when your order is ready to be picked up. In order to maintain the quality of our products, we will put out your order a half hour before your scheduled pick up time and we will leave your order out for a half hour after your scheduled pick up time. We are not responsible for failure to pick up during the allotted time for your order.

MARKET PICK UP

Include the market date and time that you would like to pick up your order in the notes section when you place your order online. Check our "Upcoming Market Dates" to ensure we will be attending that market. We will send you a reminder via email prior to the market. We are not responsible for failure to pick up during the scheduled market pick up.

DELIVERY POLICY

We offer local drop offs in our area, delivering up to 30 miles from our farm location. We have a flat delivery rate of $5, which is waived if you spend $45 or more. All of our products, with the exception of certain seasonal products, are available for drop off. Please check your address before submitting an order, or reach out to us if you are unsure if we deliver to your location. Make sure to include the date and time of delivery that you would prefer in the notes section when you order online. Please give us at least 24 hours to fulfill your order. Choose the "Local Delivery" method and include your address when checking out. We will send you an email when your order is out for delivery. If you are unable to be there to accept the delivery, the delivery will be left on the porch. An email with photo confirmation of delivery will be sent to you when it is dropped off. If you need to reschedule your delivery, please reach out to us immediately.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

We offer our poultry, chicken broth and micro greens to retailers at a wholesale price. All wholesale inquiries must be made via email at fatboyfarmsnc@gmailcom. Once an inquiry is made, we will respond within 24 hours with specifics regarding your inquiry. All wholesale orders will be billed as invoices and not made online as we do not offer our wholesale prices online.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payment via debit card and credit card.
